Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, but lacking in amenities. The staff was incredibly kind and hospitable, although they mainly speak Spanish. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great spa amenities, making my stay very comfortable. The service was top-notch, with such kind and hospitable staff. The location was perfect, close to the center, and right in front of the Isla Metrolinea station, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The dining options were limited but the hand-cut steaks were a highlight. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool area.
